The services we offer
Ken Siteworks designs and builds websites for local service businesses. This website describes our services and provides a way to send your project details or contact us. Any project work is governed by a separate agreement between you and Ken Siteworks.
Pricing calculator and estimates
This website includes a pricing calculator to give you an indicative estimate based on selected options such as project type, page count, maintenance plan, and optional extras. Any price shown by the calculator is an estimate only and is not a binding quote. Final pricing depends on the confirmed project scope, which is agreed in writing before any work begins. Optional extras and maintenance plans can change the total. Any recurring maintenance pricing, billing cycle, cancellation terms, and included services are confirmed in writing before you agree to or pay for maintenance.
Project files and uploads
When you submit an enquiry, you may optionally upload project files such as your business logo, photographs, PDF documents, or design references. Uploading files is voluntary and does not automatically create a paid service agreement or any obligation on either party.
By uploading files, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permissions to upload them, and that the files do not infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party. You retain ownership of the content you upload.
Ken Siteworks may use the files you submit to evaluate your enquiry, prepare a written quote, and carry out any agreed project work. You are responsible for ensuring that the files you upload are lawful and that you are authorized to share them. Ken Siteworks may reject or remove files that are unlawful, unauthorized, or otherwise inappropriate.
Sample work
Projects shown in the portfolio section are clearly labeled as speculative demos. They are presented to demonstrate the level and style of work we can produce and do not represent paying clients unless explicitly stated.
Testimonials
Testimonials submitted through this site are reviewed before publication. We do not guarantee that any submission will be published. By submitting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and you grant Ken Siteworks permission to display it publicly if approved. We reserve the right to decline, edit for length or clarity, or remove any testimonial.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false, misleading, or infringing content, attempting to disrupt its operation, or trying to access areas not intended for you. Spam protection is in place and abusive submissions may be discarded.
Intellectual property
The design, text, and branding of this website are owned by Ken Siteworks. For client projects, you own your domain. The website deliverables and access you receive, and any ownership or transfer of the finished work, are governed by your specific project agreement with Ken Siteworks. Hosting and platform arrangements and any recurring costs are explained before work begins, and any transfer, export, or source-code limitations are confirmed before you agree to the project.
Limitation of liability
This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ken Siteworks is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
