How does working with Ken Siteworks work?

It's all done by email. You send your project details, we agree the scope and a written quote, we build the site and send a review link, you request your agreed revisions, then approve by email before launch.

Do I need to call or meet?

No. Everything happens by email — no calls or meetings are required.

How much does a website cost?

We don't publish fixed prices, because every project is different. We confirm a written quote once we understand your scope and needs.

Your domain is registered in your own name. What you own across the finished site, hosting, platform, and source code is set out in your project agreement and confirmed at handoff.

What about domains and hosting?

A live website needs hosting, which is an ongoing cost. Who pays for hosting is agreed in writing before work begins. We can use a domain you already own or help you register a new one.

Can I request revisions?

Yes. The revision allowance is agreed in writing as part of your quote, and we refine the build based on your feedback within that allowance.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Local home-service businesses — landscapers, gardeners, contractors, roofers, and home-service companies. The design and copy are structured around how these businesses actually win jobs.

Projects shown in the portfolio section are clearly labeled as speculative demos. They are presented to demonstrate the level and style of work we can produce and do not represent paying clients unless explicitly stated.

Testimonials

Testimonials submitted through this site are reviewed before publication. We do not guarantee that any submission will be published. By submitting, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it, and you grant Ken Siteworks permission to display it publicly if approved. We reserve the right to decline, edit for length or clarity, or remove any testimonial.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, including by submitting false, misleading, or infringing content, attempting to disrupt its operation, or trying to access areas not intended for you. Spam protection is in place and abusive submissions may be discarded.

Intellectual property

The design, text, and branding of this website are owned by Ken Siteworks. For client projects, ownership and transfer of any finished work are governed by your specific project agreement with Ken Siteworks.

Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ken Siteworks is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
