How does working with Ken Siteworks work?

It's all done by email. You send your project details, we agree the scope and a written quote, we build the site and send a review link, you request your agreed revisions, then approve by email before launch.

Do I need to call or meet?

No. Everything happens by email — no calls or meetings are required.

How much does a website cost?

We don't publish fixed prices, because every project is different. We confirm a written quote once we understand your scope and needs.

Your domain is registered in your own name. What you own across the finished site, hosting, platform, and source code is set out in your project agreement and confirmed at handoff.

What about domains and hosting?

A live website needs hosting, which is an ongoing cost. Who pays for hosting is agreed in writing before work begins. We can use a domain you already own or help you register a new one.

Can I request revisions?

Yes. The revision allowance is agreed in writing as part of your quote, and we refine the build based on your feedback within that allowance.

What types of businesses do you work with?

Local home-service businesses — landscapers, gardeners, contractors, roofers, and home-service companies. The design and copy are structured around how these businesses actually win jobs.

This Cookie Policy explains how Ken Siteworks uses cookies and similar storage when you visit this website. Cookies are small pieces of data stored in your browser. We split them into two kinds: essential and optional (non-essential).

Essential cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and which sections of the site visitors engage with most, so we can improve the site. The analytics cookies set by Google Analytics are non-essential.

Analytics is optional and disabled by default. Google Analytics only loads and sets its cookies after you select "Accept" on the cookie consent banner. If you choose "Reject", non-essential analytics cookies are not set and Google Analytics does not run.

When enabled, analytics may measure page views, section engagement and scrolling, form starts, and successful project/contact form submissions through the generate_lead event. The generate_lead event contains no form contents or personally identifiable information — only the event name is sent.

Your choices

Accept — allows Google Analytics 4 to load and measure traffic and section engagement.
Reject — keeps essential storage only; no non-essential analytics cookies are set.
You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the website footer, which shows the banner again. You can also clear your browser's storage for this site.
