Information collected through the contact / website-preview form

When you use the contact form to request a website preview, you provide:

• Your email address (so we can reply)
• Your business name
• Project information — the details of your project you share in the message field, such as the services you offer, your service area, and what you'd like your website to do

This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and prepare your preview.

Public forms on this site are protected by an automated bot-detection service (Cloudflare Turnstile) to prevent spam and abuse. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical information required to detect automated traffic, as part of its check. We do not intentionally attach your IP address to the form submission itself.

Information collected through the testimonial form

When you submit a testimonial, you provide:

• Your name
• Your business name
• The testimonial content you write
• An optional rating (1–5 stars)
• An optional website URL for your business
• Your consent to display the testimonial publicly

Information you share with the AI assistant

This website includes an AI chat assistant. When you use it, the messages and any information you choose to include are sent to our AI assistant service provider to generate a response and answer your questions. The assistant only answers questions about Ken Siteworks and our website services.

• Use of the assistant is voluntary — you are never required to use it.
• You should not submit sensitive personal information (such as passwords, payment details, or government ID numbers) through the assistant. The assistant does not need this information to help you.
• Ken Siteworks does not store your chat messages in its own database beyond your current session. Your messages are processed by our AI service provider to generate a response, and may be processed or retained by that provider according to its own practices.

How your information is used

• Contact inquiries are used to respond to your request and, if you go ahead, to prepare your website preview.
• AI assistant messages are used only to respond to your questions and inquiries during the chat. If you share contact details, they may be used to follow up about your inquiry.
• Testimonials are reviewed by Ken Siteworks before any publication decision.
• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Testimonials are reviewed before publication

Submitting a testimonial does not automatically publish it. Every submission is held as pending and reviewed first. It is published on the website only if it is approved. Pending or rejected submissions that are not published may be deleted during routine review.

Cookies and Google Analytics

This website uses cookies. Necessary cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie preferences; these are always enabled. Non-essential analytics cookies are optional and are used to understand website traffic and which sections of the site visitors engage with most, so we can improve the site.
